The Tiền and the islets
For a boat on this bank of the river, not a canal morning in Cần Thơ.
Cồn Phụng is the longer version of the river day. On the ground of Đạo Dừa you walk Tòa Bảo tháp, Sân Rồng with nine dragons for the nine Mekong mouths, and Cửu Trùng đài. The stop adds coconut candy, rice paper, more than 500 shell-craft objects, honey tea, đờn ca tài tử, a horse cart under the palms, and a sampan in a nipa creek. The town boat is the shorter version: a nipa creek, a kiln, fruit in season, a sampan, and lunch under the palms, from bến tàu du lịch thành phố Bến Tre. That pier is not the Cồn Phụng wharf.
Cồn Quy is longan, honey tea, and a ditch you can bail for fish and cook. Do not reuse the Cồn Phụng distances. Cù lao Long is a morning bicycle past the Ben Tre Market and the Ben Tre River, then a short ferry. Lân has no bank named. Other islets on the Hàm Luông stay unnamed.
