Hanoi’s ethnic-culture village has a Cham morning on the clock, and an afternoon exchange after it. The Government Portal’s Thăng Long page, posted at 14:25 on 6 October 2026, says the Hanoi Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism directs the month’s program with the An Giang department. The run is 1 through 31 October at village zones I, II, and III. It counts more than 100 people from 16 ethnic groups who work there daily, drawn from 11 provinces and cities, plus 30 Cham Islam artisans and residents from An Giang. The groups named are Nùng, Tày, Mông, Dao, Mường, Lào, Thái, Khơ Mú, Tà Ôi, Ba Na, Xơ Đăng, Gia Rai, Cơ Tu, Raglai, Ê Đê, and Khmer. On 25 October the page schedules a recreation of Tết Roya, which it also calls Raya Adil Fitri, from 09:00 to 10:30 at the Cham village. It describes that recreation as the day of affection and forgiveness marking the end of Ramadan, and it says the space introduces traditional dress, the Maspok scarf, and the dishes and cakes it names: cà ri, tung lò mò, bánh ha nàm căn, ha-pây-chal, and hanaguh. VietnamPlus at 21:35 on 5 October, citing an organizer, says the Roya recreation is on the morning of 25 October and does not print 09:00 or 10:30. Báo Văn Hóa, carried on Vietnam.vn and dated 23 October, quotes Nguyễn Văn Hợp, vice chair of Châu Phong commune, from that morning: more than 30 artisans and performers are taking part in “Sắc hương đại ngàn” at the village, and the paper’s plan line is 24 and 25 October. That 23 October piece does not print an hour. None of the three prints a ticket. Check on arrival. VietnamPlus places the village in Đoài Phương commune, Hanoi. The 6 October page does not print a commune.

The rest of today is on the same 6 October page. “Bản tình ca làng Chăm”, an exchange between Cham Islam people from An Giang and Khmer people at the village, is timed 14:30 to 16:00 on 25 October. The same notice gives that exchange 09:00 to 10:30 and 14:30 to 16:00 on 24 October. VietnamPlus says the exchange runs across the two days and does not print those clocks. Văn Hóa describes costume, Cham folk song, and the songs “An Giang miền đất đứng”, “Dệt lụa đêm trăng”, “Về thăm cô gái làng Chăm”, and “Làng Chăm bên dòng sông Hậu”, and it does not print an afternoon clock. A Cham Islam experience space runs all day on 24 and 25 October: house layout, hand-woven brocade, traditional dress, and practice making the cakes ha-ka-ling and ha-pây-ka-rah. Văn Hóa prints those cakes as “ha ka ling” and “ha pây ka rah”. Daily village life is 08:00 to 17:00 from 1 through 31 October on the government page and in VietnamPlus. Both name weaving, basketry, making instruments, preparing herbal medicine, and the games đi cà kheo, ném còn, and nhảy sạp. The government page also names xôi đồ, grilled fish, smoked meat, coffee, and Central Highlands cacao. VietnamPlus says regional food and does not list those dishes. Văn Hóa quotes Go Sa Ly, phó giáo cả of Thánh đường Mubarak in Châu Phong, on Roya itself: Ramadan runs from the 1st through the 30th of the 9th Islamic month, and Roya follows the sighting of the new moon. The 6 October page calls this morning’s event a recreation of that day.

Its description names the Vietnam National Villages for Ethnic Culture and Tourism, and the file title places the frame at Sơn Tây. The 2026 notices above are the ones that locate this weekend’s program. The frame does not carry a caption that names the Cham village.
