Pagodas and the square
Khải Đoan is the large pagoda in town. October 10 Square is the festival stage.
October 10 Square, Quảng trường 10 tháng 3, is the open plaza in the center, free to walk and quiet on an ordinary evening. In a festival year it is the coffee festival's main stage. The ninth edition ran 9–13 March 2025, opening at 20:00 on 10 March and closing at 20:00 on 13 March, with a street parade from the Ngã Sáu monument at 15:30 on the opening day. The festival comes round every two years, so confirm the 2027 dates before you plan around it.
Khải Đoan sits in the Phan Boi Chau area: a wooden hall hung with yellow lanterns, a carved stair, and a white pavilion in the courtyard. Allow 30 to 45 minutes, in the late afternoon for the softer light on the roof. Leave a donation if one is asked, and do not fly a drone without permission.
