You snorkel with a permitted operator. Service-zone shores named for swimming, snorkel swimming, scuba, and seabed walking are Bãi Xếp, Bãi Chồng, Bãi Bìm, and Bãi Hương, plus the named water at Hòn Dài.
Restoration water under tight control includes Rạn Mè – Bãi Ông, Hòn Tai, Hòn Dài, Rạn Mành, and Bãi Nần. Snorkel swimming, scuba, SUP, kayak, and glass-bottom boats are listed there. The strict zone is closed to swimming and snorkeling.
Where you can snorkel
Book a permitted operator. The visit fee is separate from the boat and from any snorkel add-on.
Do not anchor on coral or seagrass. A day boat into the strict zone is not a beach ticket.
