Ha Long 1 and Ha Long 2
Chợ Hạ Long 1 is on đường Bạch Đằng and chợ Hạ Long 2 is on đường Lê Lợi. The shops pound fresh chả mực to take home, and they sell ruốc tôm and mực rim me. Mực một nắng is also sold here, and it is placed at Cô Tô on the provincial list. Ruốc is placed at Quảng Yên, and ruốc tôm is sold at these same markets.
Phố đi bộ Bài Thơ runs 18:00–24:00 on Friday and Saturday, and also on holidays and Tết, on Long Tiên and Lê Quý Đôn. About 50 stalls at the opening, including OCOP, nearly 400 m, 17 tổ, and more than 500 households. The 2023 reports place it in phường Bạch Đằng. From 2025 that ward is inside phường Hồng Gai. After dark on the Bãi Cháy side, phố đi bộ Bãi Cháy, chợ đêm Hạ Long, and Sun Carnival Plaza sit together. The seafood market under Núi Bài Thơ runs from 4:30 and is done before 7:00.
