The Tran halls
For the second-capital ground at Tức Mặc, the tower, and the seal night.
Walk Phổ Minh and the three halls beside it. Thiên Trường sits in the middle on the heritage page. Cố Trạch, to the east, is Trần Hưng Đạo. Trùng Hoa, to the west, is the 14 Trần kings on that page. The tourism administration instead says Thiên Trường is the 14 kings and Trùng Hoa is the kings plus civil and military mandarins. The yard has a five-door gate and a lake of about 1,000 m². VietnamPlus calls this ground the second capital, Thiên Trường.
The seal rite is the 14th–15th of lunar month 1. The tourism page times the opening at 22:00 on the 14th. For Xuân Bính Ngọ the ward plan prints 27 February–4 March 2026, and on the night of 2 March guests leave the yard from 21:00, incense runs 22:15–22:40, and the seal palanquin 22:40–23:10. A second festival in lunar month 8 marks the death anniversary of Trần Hưng Đạo. No ticket was printed.
The tower is 14 storeys on both pages. Height is 19.51 m on the heritage page and 21.2 m on the 2018 city page. The base is 5.20 m and 5.21 m. The front hall is 9 bays, 24.93 m by 8.22 m. The textile house at số 5 Hoàng Hoa Thám was the French mill manager’s lodging, refitted for display in 2010. Floor 1 is the machines. Floor 2 is the French period, the wars, and the later industry. The flag tower on đường Tô Hiệu was finished in Quý Mão (1843). The page names it as one of four, with Huế (1807), Hà Nội (1812), and Bắc Ninh (1838).
