After the beach empties, you choose the catch and have it grilled. The market is called the Phu Quoc Night Market on Bạch Đằng, with 50-plus stalls; the Dương Đông seafood market; and chợ đêm Dinh Cậu, streets near the temple closed from 5 pm until midnight, with 100-odd stalls and more than a hundred vendors.

Pepper, fish sauce, and pearls

Pepper gardens are the inland morning: aromatic and spicy, a floral aroma and intense heat, and pungent and spicy, over 1,000 tons a year. Fish sauce ages in the barrel houses. Pearl stalls sit in Dương Đông, at chợ đêm Dinh Cậu, at cảng An Thới, and at cảng Bãi Vòng.
