Get thereAbout four hours by road from Ho Chi Minh City, or about 2 hours 30 minutes on the expressway as The Anam prints. Mui Ne is about 22 km from Phan Thiet.

ZonesNguyen Dinh Chieu, Nguyen Huu Tho, Xuan Thuy

Mui Ne is a strip, not a town centre. Nguyen Dinh Chieu is the resort road visitors mean when they say the beach. The fishing village sits farther along the same bay. The red dunes are the sunset picture and the white dunes at Bau Trang are the dawn picture. The fairy stream is the shallow walk between the strip and the dunes.

Best months are November to April: dry, sunny, and windy, the window for kites and the dunes. There is no civil passenger airport on this coast. The town guide gives about four hours by road from Ho Chi Minh City, and about 22 km from Phan Thiet. The Anam Mui Ne prints about 2 hours 30 minutes from Tan Son Nhat on the expressway. Both clocks stay. Check on arrival if your car is not on that road.

Nguyen Dinh Chieu

01 Main kite-and-swim row

Nguyen Dinh Chieu

The sand you walk between resort gates. The Anam sits at 18 Nguyen Dinh Chieu with 127 rooms on 1.2 hectares, opened 11 January 2023. Sailing Club is the neighbour at 24 Nguyen Dinh Chieu. The wind is gentler in the morning and stronger from 11:00 to 16:00.

Nguyen Huu Tho

02 Resort-end Cham garden

Nguyen Huu Tho

The same bay with a different front door, still a ride from the white dunes and still on the kite beach. Pandanus is the Cham-style beachfront toward the resort end of the strip.

Xuan Thuy

03 Arena-pool beachfront

Xuan Thuy

Asteria's large beachfront pool and arena stage, facing the East Sea. Phan Thiet is the town before the strip, and the train ends there. Po Sah Inu is the Cham stop on the road in.
