Nha Trang resort living
City sand on Tran Phu, a family island across the Hon Tre cable, a boat-only granite bay at Ninh Van, or a quieter peninsula at Cam Ranh and Vinh Hy.
Stay and tours
Nha Trang is one name covering five different waters. Sleep on Tran Phu when the city beach and the night market are the day. Sleep on Hon Tre when the cable and VinWonders are the plan. Sleep at Ninh Van when the arrival itself should be a boat. Sleep at Cam Ranh when the airport should be close. Sleep at Vinh Hy when the national park, not the promenade, is the evening.
Best months are January to August. September to December is rainy. The bay averages 26°C. Cam Ranh International Airport is about 27 to 30 km from the centre. A ride minute from the airport into town was not printed. Check on arrival for that city transfer. The Anam Cam Ranh prints about 15 minutes from the same airport to Long Beach. Amanoi prints a 75-minute drive from Cam Ranh to Vinh Hy.
Choosing your coast, bay, or valley
01 Seven-kilometre city beach
Tran Phu
The hotel row, the night walk, and the seafood. Choose this sand when you want the city after dark and you do not need a boat or a cable to reach the bed.
02 Family island across the cable
Hon Tre
The island across the bay. The cable is 3,320 m and was inaugurated in March 2007. The island is over 3,000 ha, and a provincial page says 3,323.15 ha. Both area figures stay. Come here for the cable, the island beach, and VinWonders.
03 Boat-only granite cove
Ninh Van Bay
A sheltered bay in Ninh Hoa that you reach only by water. There is no road to the gate. The boat arrival is the stay, and Nha Trang town is a separate evening.
04 Airport-close peninsula
Cam Ranh Long Beach
The northern Cam Ranh peninsula, closer to the plane than to the city sand. The Anam opened on 15 August 2016 with 213 villas, rooms, and suites, about 15 minutes from the airport.
05 National-park overlook
Vinh Hy Bay
Cliff-edge pavilions above Vinh Hy Bay beside Nui Chua, a 75-minute drive from Cam Ranh. This is a national-park night; Nha Trang town is a separate outing.
