Bình Thủy’s Dương house, and the communal hall that does not share its ticket.
The Dương family built the house in 1870. It was named a national architectural and artistic monument in 2009. The department listing gives 08:00–16:00 and 20,000–50,000 VND. The national page gives no fee. The communal house does not share that gate.
Đình Bình Thủy is also called Long Tuyền Cổ Miếu. The Kỳ Yên Thượng Điền festival is held here each year and honors early settlers. The city’s list names Lễ Thượng Điền and Lễ Hạ Điền at Bến Ninh Kiều and does not treat them as the same rite.
