The hall is also known as Long Tuyền Cổ Miếu. Each year it holds the Kỳ Yên Thượng Điền festival, which honors the early settlers and local heroes of the area.

It stands in the same district as the Dương family's ancient house, so the two fit in one trip. Each has its own gate. The festival follows the lunar calendar, so its civil date moves each year.
