Phú Hòa Đông rice paper
The workshop lanes are in xã Phú Hòa Đông, on the river, where the sheets dry in the sun. One mix is rice flour with coconut water, salt, sugar, and sesame depending on the batch. An older mix is rice flour, water, and salt. The craft is given as more than 50 years and as more than 80 years. The lanes are more than 40 km from the city centre, and also about 40 km.
Chợ Quê, chợ Củ Chi, chợ Việt Kiều
Chợ Quê is the market inside the tunnel gate, where visitors eat. The ordinary gate that day runs 7:00–17:00.
Chợ Củ Chi and chợ Việt Kiều are the town markets for steamed cassava, stir-fried bánh lọt, bánh bao, hủ tiếu, chicken bánh canh, and Cambodian-style bánh khọt.
