Lam Vien Square is the lakeside stage for the December flower festival.
The 11th Flower Festival opens at 20:00 on 19 December 2026 at Lam Vien Square and closes, with the New Year programme, at 20:00 on 31 December 2026. Flower displays run about 18 December 2026 through 3 January 2027 around Xuan Huong Lake and the central parks. The national tourism site lists the festival for December of odd years, so confirm later editions before you plan.
The city flower garden is a separate walk at 2 Tran Nhan Tong, open about 06:30–18:00, with adult tickets near 100,000 VND and children near 50,000 VND.
