The cable line over the pines toward Tuyen Lam

The line leaves Robin Hill and drops over a valley of pines toward Phoenix Hill. From the cabin you look down on the canopy and across to Tuyen Lam, the reservoir below the monastery. Ride on a clear morning, when the lake view is open.

At the far end, Truc Lam Zen Monastery is the reason most people ride. Walk the gardens, look over the lake, and dress modestly for the halls. With the monastery, plan 1 to 2 hours.
Getting there and around
The Robin Hill station is south of the centre, on the way to Truc Lam. Take a taxi or Grab from Xuan Huong Lake to the station, then ride the cabins down to the monastery.
