The house at 87 Ma May is a timber tube house set at a right angle to the street. The front is about 5 metres wide, the plot runs about 28 metres back, and the ground is 157.6 square metres. You walk in past the wooden stair and on through the courtyards and carved galleries.

The house dates from the start of the 19th century, and also from the end of it. The wood structure and the household things inside were kept when the house was restored, and that work finished on 27 October 1999.
The ticket is 20,000 VND a visit. The charge starts on 1 January 2025, on 2 January 2025, and on 19 January 2025. Children under 16 are free. Severe disability is free, and heavy disability is also free. A 50 percent reduction covers older visitors and students from 16, and also disabled visitors and visitors on a cultural concession. Entry is free on 23 November. The house was closed for a time and opened again in January 2026, and the hours are Check on arrival.
