It is also counted as 9 storeys and 32 m, built in 1927, with 64 steps and a base of 18 m by 10 m. The bell is 9 tons and 3.2 m, cast in 1936, and also about 4.2 m with a mouth of 2.2 m. The main hall is 29 m.

The town is thị trấn Cổ Lễ, huyện Trực Ninh, tỉnh Nam Định, and also xã Cổ Lễ, tỉnh Ninh Bình. From the city, cross the suspension bridge on sông Đào, then about 15 km on đường 21, a small bridge, and 200 m to the right. The road minute is check on arrival.
