Look at the Nguyễn flag tower on đường Tô Hiệu, a short stop in the center. It was finished in Quý Mão, 1843, and it is named with the towers in Huế from 1807, Hà Nội from 1812, and Bắc Ninh from 1838. A gate hour and a ticket are check on arrival. This is not the flag tower in Hanoi.

The tower stands on đường Tô Hiệu, in phường Ngô Quyền. It is one of four Nguyễn flag towers. Huế was finished in 1807, Hà Nội in 1812, Bắc Ninh in 1838, and this tower in Quý Mão, 1843. You look at the shaft and the brick base from the street. It is not the flag tower in Hanoi.
