The 2019 night market on Cao Thắng, in front of Chợ Vinh, stopped after a few months, on Tuổi Trẻ, 5 April 2022. Báo Nghệ An, 27 April 2023, still names phố đêm Cao Thắng as a night-economy project beside the walking street and the citadel food street. Do not treat the 2019 market as open. The undated city introduction also names large shops: Metro, Big C, Intimex, Maximax, Vạn Xuân, CK Palaza. The spelling is the introduction’s. A 2026 shop-front check was not done.
