Ramsar mangrove behind the tip
Walk the mangrove at Đất Mũi on the marker’s ticket, for as long as you like at one spot. The park holds đước, mudflat, and birds across about 41,862 hectares, and it is a Ramsar site in the 2009 biosphere reserve. Plan it as the same cape day as the sail.

Prop roots of the mangrove at Đất Mũi

The forest sits at the same Đất Mũi address as the sail and GPS0001. Walk the prop roots, or take a boat through the flooded mangrove. You can stay at one spot for as long as the gate is open. The length of a boat is set when you hire it.

The park dates from 14 July 2003, when it was upgraded from the Đất Mũi nature reserve of 9 August 1986. The area is given as over 41,800 hectares, and as 41,862 hectares, with about 13,400 hectares of mangrove and about 26,000 hectares of mudflat. Two tidal regimes meet here, and new mudflats form. The park is a Ramsar wetland and a core of the Mũi Cà Mau biosphere reserve, recognized in 2009, with U Minh Hạ and the west-coast belt.
U Minh Hạ is the melaleuca on peat, north of the city, at its own gate. This visit is the đước at the tip.
Getting there and around
The park gate is the Đất Mũi gate. Ride south through Năm Căn. The Hồ Chí Minh section from cầu Ông Tình is 58.7 km and ends at this address.
From Ca Mau
By road through Năm Căn. Motorbikes use this road and stay off the expressway, which ends at xã Hồ Thị Kỷ.

Continue on the Hồ Chí Minh road. The measured section from cầu Ông Tình to the gate is 58.7 km.

The gate is a daytime gate.
- Admission
15,000–30,000 VND, the same band as the marker. An adult figure is also 30,000 VND, and 15,000 VND from 1 m to 1.3 m and for students. Confirm which band you pay at the gate. A cart or a canoe is extra.
