The promenade for a coffee and a walk
Walk the Han on Bach Dang, the riverside promenade of cafes, with a coffee or a young coconut in hand. It is busiest in the early morning and late afternoon, and packed on weekend nights before the Dragon Bridge breathes fire at 21:00. An hour is enough, and the walk is free.

This is the river walk, and one of the city's walking streets. Start with a coffee and a young coconut, then keep going along the cafes that face the Han. It is busiest in the early morning and late afternoon.

On a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday the same walk ends at the dragon, which breathes fire at 21:00. The swing bridge is the other night, later. Han Market, at 119 Tran Phu, is the hall when you want the market instead of a cafe.
Look down the path from the trees and the hotel line to the water. The walk is the strip at the river, not a shopping street.

Stay on the river and the promenade is the sidewalk. From My Khe, take a Grab to Bach Dang.
