The swim is only the start of My Khe beach water activities. The sand is also for surfboards, skurfing, jet skis, sailing, parasailing, snorkeling and diving, kayaks, and basket boats, the round craft locals race off the beach.

For a lesson, Da Nang Surf School works from Vo Nguyen Giap, inside Temple Danang, from 08:00 to 17:00. A lesson takes about two hours, and stand-up paddle is on offer too.
The basket boats sit pulled up on the sand. Ask the price for a boat, a board, or a jet ski before you go out.

Go to My Khe. The surf school is on Vo Nguyen Giap, inside Temple Danang. From the river, take a Grab across the Han.
