How to enjoy it
The city portal says nước mắm, lime, and fresh chili, or grilled meat when the sheet is lunch: bò nướng lụi, grilled pork, bò lá lốt, or fried chả nem. At breakfast the 24 November 2022 page says giò lụa or chả.
Vietnamnet, 27 November 2023, soaks ordinary rice for three hours, mills it, and soaks the batter another three to six hours, then uses the settled starch. It says the roll is oiled so it does not stick, and that some tables add duck, chicken, braised beef, or xáo lòng. Người Lao Động, 13 February 2024, agrees on the finger length, the oil, and the fish-sauce dip, and adds the same meats. VnExpress, 4 September 2016, says the flour is ordinary rice, not a fragrant grade, and that breakfast in Vinh is often xáo trứng, xáo lòng, or xáo vịt. That article printed 20,000–30,000 đồng.
Where to try it
The center at breakfast. VnExpress, 4 September 2016, names Trần Phú. A shop on that street is not a pick. Hours vary.
