Walk into the Quang Dong assembly hall at 22 Hang Buom, the tiled gatehouse on the street. The ticket is 20,000 VND a visit. Day hours are 08:00–12:00 and 13:30–17:30, and Friday to Sunday the hall opens again at 19:00, closing at 21:00 or 21:30. Children under 16 go free, and 23 November is free. Come for the hall, not for a shop on the pavement.

The hall is at 22 Hang Buom, in the lanes north of Hoan Kiem Lake. Walk north from the lake to Hang Buom.

On foot, north into the lanes to 22 Hang Buom.
