Lang Co

Oysters on Lap An

The brackish lagoon between Phu Gia and the bay is where Lang Co raises and serves oysters.

Đầm Lập An sits beside Highway 1A at đèo Phú Gia, with the Bach Ma range on one side and the bay on the other. Báo Quốc Tế says oyster farming here dates from the late 1990s. You eat on the lagoon, with the boats and the stakes in view, not from a ranked restaurant list.

The preparations that paper names are hàu nướng trui, cháo hàu, hàu xào hành tây, and gỏi hàu. No stall price was printed. A household raft feature is not a town ticket. March to June is that paper’s best-looking months for the lagoon, and it is not a harvest calendar.
