O Quy Ho is the pass on National Highway 4D, the road toward Lai Chau. You cross the switchbacks for the drop and the ridge. Silver Waterfall is the fall under the pass, about 12 km from town and about 200 m high. Love Waterfall is about 14 km from town and about 3 km from the crest, at 34 m.

The former phường Ô Quý Hồ joined phường Sa Pa on 1 July 2025. The pass is still the highway, out past the church square. Cloud on the old QL4D climb is the limit on a given day. Ask about a closure before you commit the morning to the crest.
