Quảng trường Hồ Chí Minh is the city’s largest political and cultural open space, at Hồ Tùng Mậu and Trường Thi. The 2025 news page prints the statue at 18 m. No second height was loaded. The walking loop closes around it on the nights in the 2022 plan.
Thành cổ Vinh is a gate and a moat, not a palace. The city introduction prints a six-sided wall, perimeter 603 trượng (2,412 m), height 4.42 m, area 420,000 m², and a moat 28 m wide and 3.20 m deep. The museum in the yard is nearly 2 km from the square. Bảo tàng Quân khu IV is named on the national page. Its door was not confirmed.
