Dry-season pans at Lý Nhơn and Cần Thạnh

Salt pans in the dry season: walk a sunny morning from December through May. The fields run along đường Duyên Hải, at Lý Nhơn, and on đảo Thiềng Liềng. Most pans crystallize on tarpaulin. Go after sunrise, and save a rainy month for the creek.

The pans sit along đường Duyên Hải in the beach town, in the fields at Lý Nhơn, now inside xã An Thới Đông, and on đảo Thiềng Liềng in xã Thạnh An. Most of them crystallize on tarpaulin. The Cần Thạnh salt village is a traditional craft village, and you can join a salt morning.
