Sa Huynh Culture Museum Bảo tàng Văn hóa Sa Huỳnh
Sa Huynh jars at 149 Trần Phú
A small museum at 149 Trần Phú with more than a thousand objects from the Sa Huỳnh culture, the early residents of this port about two thousand years ago, each tied to the spot where it was dug up. A few pieces from Bãi Ông on Cù Lao Chàm are older still. Give it a museum hour.

A smaller group comes from Bãi Ông on Cù Lao Chàm and dates to the pre-Sa Huỳnh period, about three thousand years ago. The cases also cover burial customs and the community’s sense of beauty. This is the prehistoric hour. It is not a substitute for the towers at My Son.
It is open every day except the 10th of the month. Entry is part of the old-town ticket.
