Phủ Cam is the cathedral of the Archdiocese of Hue, on Phước Quả hill. The design is by Ngô Viết Thụ, and the grounds are 10,804 square metres.

The grounds are open around the clock for a look outside. Weekday mass runs between 05:00 and 18:00, and Sunday mass is at 05:30, 08:00, 15:00, and 18:30.
From the centre, take Đống Đa, turn right onto Hai Bà Trưng, continue to Phan Đình Phùng, turn left onto Nguyễn Trường Tộ, and go on to the Hàm Nghi–Đoàn Hữu Trưng junction.

From the south bank: Đống Đa, right on Hai Bà Trưng, on to Phan Đình Phùng, left on Nguyễn Trường Tộ, then Hàm Nghi to Đoàn Hữu Trưng.
