Thiệu Trị did not build a tomb in his lifetime. After he died, the main works were finished in about three months, and Tự Đức came to check the site on 14 June 1848. The tomb and the temple sit side by side, not on one axis. Đức Hinh pavilion stands on a low hill, and the temple area is about 100 metres to its left.
An adult ticket is 50,000 VND, and children under 13 enter free.
