Royal tombs
Six garden tombs upstream. Tu Duc, Minh Mang, and Khai Dinh share the four-site ticket; Gia Long, Dong Khanh, and Thieu Tri are separate.
Separate tickets
Gia Long, Dong Khanh, and Thieu Tri sell their own tickets. Dong Khanh sits beside Tu Duc. Gia Long is the farthest out, by boat or by road and the Kim Ngọc ferry.
Tomb of Gia Long The founder’s tomb, a family of tombs across 42 pine hills with no outer wall, reached by river boat or by road and ferry.
Tomb of Dong Khanh Ngưng Hy hall beside Tu Duc’s tomb, begun as a temple to Đồng Khánh’s father. A short stop when you are already at Tu Duc.
Tomb of Thieu Tri The only Nguyễn tomb that faces northwest, about 8 km out, with rice fields for a wall and the Perfume River in front.
